TEKstream is uniquely structured to cover all areas of the supply chain. This includes from concept development and pre-production through to volume supply and post-production services.

Our design and development service can quickly identify the viability of a potential product. They can then work through all of the production stages for a successful commercial outcome.

The TEKstream process is flexible and customers can choose any of the service streams. Our alliances with strategic partners, such as our contract electronics manufacturing (CEM) service, ensure we have responsive time-to-market capability.

Concept Development

A comprehensive feasibility study establishes at an early stage the viability of a proposal. This is followed by a requirements definition, product concept and a business proposal that embraces project time cost estimates and initial design models.

Design and Prototyping

Telekek Australia has a fully resourced industrial design team with expertise in electronics hardware, software, plastics and user interface design. We have proven capabilities in the areas of design for manufacture and assembly. Our TekStream development process allows us to move quickly from preliminary design and prototyping to verified engineering samples managed under our rigorous project and product management systems.

Product Development

Detailed design work covers key elements necessary for a product’s commercial success. Our TekStream service includes fully functional and verified design, production testing, production costs, final product pricing, off tool samples and manufacturing specifications. Tekelek Australia also provides a full project management service that involves country-specific approvals, plastic tooling, design qualification, compliance, production support and documentation.

Pre-Production

Tekelek Australia can provide trial manufacture as well as perform a complete service necessary to ensure quality volume production. This can include equipping and commissioning the line, materials sourcing, packaging and freight, along with a complete documentation pack.

Volume Supply

Tekelek Australia is geared for both low volume and large scale electronics manufacturing through our contract electronics manufacturing (CEM) service. We can handle all aspects of the product chain, including logistics, components sourcing, warehousing, delivery, inventory profiling and stock consignment.

Continuous Improvement

Tekelek Australia’s TekStream service continues post-production. A full after sales service can be provided, including warranty and product analysis, field support, product upgrades for cost-down and reliability, and training.
